Purchase & Refund Policy

Commercial digital software. RedemptionBase licenses are sold for business use by redemption centers and other business customers.

1. What a purchase provides

A purchase provides the software license, version, location/workstation rights, and any included support or update terms stated on the order page, invoice, or order confirmation. RedemptionBase is licensed, not sold outright.

2. Digital delivery

Delivery may occur by providing access to the hosted application, installation files, download links, license information, or other electronic access. Customer is responsible for confirming that its device and browser can run the Software before relying on it for business operations.

3. Refunds

Because RedemptionBase is digitally delivered commercial software, license fees are generally non-refundable after delivery or activation, except where a refund is required by applicable law or Licensor expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Licensor will correct or refund duplicate charges, payments taken when delivery cannot be completed, and other clear billing errors. If Customer believes it received a defective or incorrect delivery, Customer should contact RedemptionBase promptly so the issue can be investigated and, when appropriate, corrected before a refund is considered.

4. Change of mind and business fit

A change of mind, business closure, decision not to use the Software, failure to create backups, or a preference for another product does not by itself create a refund right after digital delivery.

5. Taxes

Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be charged or reported as required by law. Tax treatment can change and may depend on the location and nature of the transaction.

6. Charge disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact RedemptionBase first about duplicate charges, delivery problems, or billing errors so the issue can be reviewed promptly. Nothing in this section removes rights a Customer has under applicable payment-network rules or law.

7. Agreement at purchase

Purchase and use are subject to the Software License Agreement and Privacy & Data Notice accepted by the authorized purchaser. The order record may retain the legal-terms version accepted.
